Isle of Man Financial Services Authority Publishes Guidance on Cryptoasset Token Activity and Regulation
On 13th February 2024, the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority (the Authority) published guidance on Cryptoasset Token Activity and Regulation.
This guidance was developed by the Isle of Man Treasury in consultation with the Authority and other stakeholders.
In recent years, the Isle of Man has been at the forefront of creating a conducive regulatory environment for the development of the digital asset sector.
